On Saturday, April 11th, the Rhea County High School Best Buddies chapter hosted its annual Best Buddies Prom, and it was a night full of fun, friendship, and inclusion.

The Rhea County Chapter of the Best Buddies program seeks to promote inclusion for students by pairing them with a "best buddy" that they are able to participate in activities with throughout the year. Through the program, students of all abilities, shapes, and sizes can have fun together as they show others around them that every person needs a best buddy!

On Friday, February 13, RCHS Best Buddies threw their annual Valentine's Day Party. The party was a huge hit amongst club members. A special thanks to Vets and Kids and Bryan College for sponsoring our party, and helping us spread our message of inclusion!

Rhea County High School Best Buddies Take a Fun-filled Field Trip to Topgolf
On October 18, the Rhea County High School Best Buddies chapter took part in their annual field trip to Topgolf in Farragut—a tradition that’s quickly becoming a favorite among students, buddies, and mentors alike. This year’s outing was just as exciting and memorable as last year’s, with everyone coming together for a day full of fun, friendship, and friendly competition.

Rhea County High School is celebrating an extraordinary achievement as its Best Buddies chapter shatters previous membership records. For the 2024-2025 school year, the club has welcomed over 200 members, marking a significant milestone in the chapter's history.
